Alajarín Dominguez, Jesús

Co-founding Partner of Azerta Abogados, he holds a Degree in Law and Business Administration (ICAD-3). He has a Master’s Degree in Financial Management and another in Tax Advice from Instituto de Empresa (IE). He was Tax Director of IBM Spain, subsequently joining Unilever Spain in the same position, also being appointed Secretary to the Board and Secretary of the plans and pension funds Audit Board of the Unilever Group in Spain. He has extensive experience in tax planning, international taxation, corporate restructuring, APAs, tax inspections, fiscal reporting, accounts closing, supplementary social welfare programs - pension plans (national and European) -, and collective insurance.
López Acosta, Ignacio

Co-founding Partner of Azerta Abogados, he holds a Degree in Law from the Universidad de Navarra and a Master in EU Law from the Spanish Diplomatic School. He commenced his professional practice at the bureau of Echecopar, founding later López-Acosta, Rivero & Gustafson. He combined his professional activity with teaching and postgraduate lecturing on civil and commercial procurement. He is a specialist in corporate law and national and international procurement and has taken part in numerous company acquisition and restructuring processes, assisting international clients to set up in Spain and arranging international joint-ventures. He has been recommended in several editions of the legal directory “Chambers Europe” as an outstanding lawyer in Spain for corporate affairs and merger and acquisition transactions.
Clavijo Rasillo, Fernando

Co-founding Partner of Aisén Abogados, he graduated in law from the University of the Basque country, having undertaken a Master’s in Legal Advice at the Instituto de Empresa (IE) in Madrid. He was previously a partner in the law firm Vialegis-Dutilh Abogados, where he was the Manager of the Real Estate Law Department in Madrid. He has also been responsible for providing legal advice to large multinational companies, first to Metrovacesa, where he was responsible for the company’s property, urban development, commercial and litigation affairs. He also previously held the position of Director of Legal Advice for Decathlon Spain, taking part in the processes involved in the company’s implementation and expansion in our country. From the year 2013 onwards, he has received recognition for his career in property law in the Best Lawyer international rankings.
Fernández Zataraín, Silvia

Following a Degree in law from the Complutense University of Madrid, Silvia Fernández Zataraín, has developed her professional career linked to large real estate companies. She has extensive experience in property contracts, carrying out due diligence legal audits and managing all types of real estate, as well as directing court proceedings. In 2014 she joined Aisén’s legal team, where she is currently a partner.
Fernández Andrés, Ángel

Co-founder of Aisén Abogados, he has a Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) and a Master’s in Urban Management from Carlos III University of Madrid. After forming part of Metrovacesa’s Legal Team - where he worked as Head of Property, Urban Development, Commercial, Procedural and Administrative Contentious Affairs -, he joined Dutilh Abogados as a partner establishing the firm’s Property Law Department. His 19-year experience at the law firm Ignacio Herrero helped him specialise in the world of corporate law and property contracts, urban planning and procedural conflict resolution. He is currently on unpaid leave since he has taken up the position of Manager of the Municipal Land and Housing Enterprise of Getafe.
de Pedro Abad, Raúl

A partner of Azerta Abogados, he has a Degree and a PhD in Law from King Juan Carlos University. He holds a Master’s in Legal Practice from the Centro de Estudios e Investigaciones Jurídicas and another in Urban Planning and the Environment from the same University. He was member of RV Asesores Jurídicos Empresariales and subsequently member of the legal department and human resources manager for Tableros y Puentes S.A. He has extensive experience in employment law and public procurement, as well as in managing civil and administrative litigation.
Alajarín Perera, Jorge

A member of Azerta Abogados from 2012, he holds a Degree in Management and Business Administration from Antonio de Nebrija University. He has a Masters in Taxation and Fiscal Consultancy (CEF). He has also taken courses in advanced accounting (CEF) and Community Manager (Deusto Formación). He is a member of the Tax Department, advising and assisting Personal Income Tax, VAT, Corporate Tax, Tax on Non-Residents declarations and transfer price reporting, among others.
Sobrino Patow, Adriana
Of counsel
A member of Azerta Abogados from 2010 and currently of counsel of the firm, she has a Degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid. She also has a Master’s in Legal Practice (School of Legal Practice - Complutense University of Madrid) and in Criminal Law (University of Salamanca). She has extensive experience in Employment and Criminal Law, fields in which she regularly collaborates with our firm. Adriana is a member of the Spanish Royal Academy for Legislation and Jurisprudence from 2001.
